Here's how to use it properly 

Always make a backup of every file if your changing something,

If you own a diesel cdt and think oh I can upload the 135bhp map with this ill do that, its really not worth it, I tried it on two of my cars, it bricked the ecu on one and made no difference to the other...

There's no avoiding it just get your diesel Remapped professionally 

There are many good features to toaf, it gives you the ability to code in fun extras that make your Rover owning experience a little bit better
